Amazon Alexa team is hiring Quality Services Associates in Chennai. You will work on testing Alexa Routines to ensure they perform smoothly for users across the world. Ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.

🛠️ Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform manual and automated tests on Alexa Routines
Execute test cases and report bugs accurately
Identify quality gaps and escalate issues
Meet productivity and quality targets
Work in collaboration with global Alexa teams

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (preferred: Engineering, Science, or related)
0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of software testing lifecycle (bonus)
Comfortable using test tools and Excel
