Amazon is hiring Catalog Associates for the Global Catalog Operations team in Chennai. This role focuses on maintaining accurate product data and improving the shopping experience for millions of Amazon users.

🛠️ Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process and audit product data with high accuracy

  • Analyze and fix catalog issues (images, product info, categories)

  • Perform quality checks using internal Amazon tools

  • Communicate with other teams for issue resolution

  • Manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce, Arts, Science, etc.)

  • 0 to 2 years of work experience (Freshers eligible)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Good attention to detail and typing speed

  • Basic computer skills – MS Excel, Internet tools

📈 Skills Required:

  • Strong English communication
