🛠️ How I Landed the Job (Yes, Through YouTube)

Believe it or not, I first heard about the job through a YouTube video. It had all the details, including a direct HR number. So I called. Simple as that.

They asked me about my qualifications and told me to WhatsApp my resume.

📞 Next day? I was at the company gate, resume in hand.

I wasn’t alone. The place was packed.

They verified our documents and sorted us into groups based on our education—ITI, Diploma, Degree. After that, we filled out a form, handed over our certificates, and waited.

🎙️ The Interview & Onboarding Process

Here’s how it actually played out:

First, we were told to register on the NEPS portal and digitally sign a contract (for 1 to 2 years, depending on the role).

Then we were assigned to departments based on our background.

I got placed in the Stores Department.

My manager asked, “When can you join?” I said, “Give me two days.”

He nodded. That was it. I was in.

No HR drama. No stress. Straightforward.

⏰ Shift Timings You Should Know

Royal Enfield follows a three-shift rotation system:

🕐 First 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM 1 meal break

🌆 Second 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM 1 meal break

🌙 Night 12:15 AM – 7:15 AM 2 food breaks

🍛 Meals are provided during all shifts. The food’s actually decent. Plus, snacks are handed out during morning and evening shifts.

Important for women: No night shifts. Only morning and evening slots, with security on duty during exit.

Base Salary: ₹15,800/month

With Attendance Bonus: ₹17,300

Perfect Attendance = ₹1,500 Bonus

Annual Increment (expected): ₹1,000

So yes, it’s contract work. But if you show up every day and stick to the rules, you’ll walk away with decent money for a fresher-level role.

🏨 One catch: The company doesn’t provide accommodation—so if you're from out of town, you’ll need to sort out your stay.
